Ms. Oyungi Jovia is an educationist from Kyambogo University specializing in Kiswahili and a digital skills expert trained by the Uganda Communications Commission. She is passionate about empowering youth and women through ICT, social media engagement, and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

As a Programs Assistant at RDP Uganda, she supports administrative and field operations, driving initiatives in youth leadership, inclusion, and economic empowerment. Her work focuses on equipping young people with skills and independence to thrive socially, economically, and politically.

Guided by the Kiswahili proverb, “Haba na haba hujaza kibaba” (little by little fills the pot), Jovia strives to build a vibrant, self-driven, and empowered youth generation ready to shape a sustainable future.
