Alinaitwe Scovia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Pentecostal University, Fort Portal. As a Program Assistant, Scovia is responsible for developing concepts, attending staff meetings, and providing administrative support to the organization.

Scovia is passionate about positioning herself in the right place, at the right time, with the right people, particularly in areas of development activities like farming. She is committed to engaging in all sectors of politics, from local council level to parliamentary level, and actively participates in government programs like the Parish Development Model (PDM) and the Youth Livelihood Program.

Scovia envisions transforming the nation into a more useful environment by nurturing youth into becoming good and responsible leaders. She believes that through youth trainings and campaigns, young people can be sensitized and equipped to lead positive change in their communities.
